Pasta lesson + winery tour & Tasting at Tommasi Winery

A dream coming true for pasta and wine lovers! Every wednesday upon reservation.

Visit Tommasi winery on this half-day tour. You can learn how to make pasta and taste the most prestigious Valpolicella wines like Amarone.
With a small group of max 10 people, you will prepare and have a lunch of homemade pasta and taste 5 wines.
The visit lasts about 50 minutes and includes the entire visit of the winery with the historical and Magnifica ageing cellars, learn about wine, appassimento method and amarone wine making.
After the tour, you will have a cooking class experience with a professional chef: learning how to make 2 different types of handmade pasta, prepare 2 sauces and then have the lunch with the self-cooked food and taste 5 wines
You will have the possibility to purchase Tommasi wines, available in the wine shop.
