The 2015 and 2016 vintages, defined as “the vintages of the century” by wine critics, have decreed the success of the Casisano wines all over the world, a project and a reality in which the Tommasi family with the oenologist Emiliano Falsini believed with firmness and determination.

«The estate – explains Giancarlo Tommasi – covers 53 hectares, of which 22 are vineyards: 9 dedicated to the production of Brunello, 7 to that of Rosso and 6 to the Sant’Antimo appellation. Vineyards at 500 meters above the sea and with an exposure with south estern exposure wich allow us to have high profile objectives, wines with specific characteristics. We are building a tailor-made company, which focuses on microzonation. where we invest, we  want to enhance the territory. And here it is unique».
